February 27th: East Indian Cooking Course (3 spots still available)
Instructor: Roshan Aubin

Roshan will introduce you to some spices and techniques of Indian cuisine. . Get inspired and savour a beautiful sit-down meal at the end of the afternoon.Roshan will also have a wealth of travel experiences to share as she will have just returned from India.

March 6th: Wet-Felting Mitten Workshop (4 spots still available)
Instructor: Corinne Cote
Location: 820 County Road 18 (at our farm)
In this course, you will be given step by step instructions on how to use alpaca and various other fibres to create a unique pair of felted mittens.

March 12th, 13th and 14th: 3 Day Knitting Machine Course (6 spots still available)
Instructor: Monika Stramaglia
Location: 820 County Road 18 (at our farm)
Have you ever wondered how a knitting machine works?


Spend some time "playing" with a knitting machine, taking advantage of what the machine does best, to produce interesting and creative fabric for garments, scarves, shawls, etc. This class is suitable to anyone who wants to explore a knitting machines' many capabilities.You will explore basic techniques for casting on and off, hems, edges, hand manipulated lace and long stitch on an LK150 knitting machine (supplied). You are encouraged to create one finished item in this class. We will have alpaca yarn on cones available to purchase or you can bring your own yarn for your final project.

March 19th & 20: Felting a Fashionable Hat ( The 20th is full but still 4 spots available on the 19th)
Instructor: Ann McElroy
Location: 820 County Road 18 (at our farm)
Using wet (traditional) felting techniques you will make a custom hat. You will pick your main colour and there will be lots of extra colours in wool and silk to help you personalize it.
