Felting your way into autumn fashions!

We are offering a
FeltLoom Workshop
Alpaca Tracks Thread Lightly
820 County Road 18, Oxford Station
Instructor: Lanette Freitag
Lan Mark Fiber Mill home to FeltLOOM Inc.
Sharpsburg, Kentucky

.Date: Nov. 1st & 2nd
Experience the magic of creating your own designs with the original FeltLOOM® needle felting machine. With backgrounds in engineering, farming and several years of creating with fibers behind them, Don Bowles and Lanette Freitag designed, engineered and produced their first FeltLOOM® in 2003. We feel very priveledged to have Lanette offer a two day course at our farm. On the first day, Lanette will show us various techniques for different fabric transformation projects and make samples of many kinds of material and on the second day, participants will create their very own vest. We have a limited number of spaces. Participants are invited to bring a piece of open weave fabric and will have the opportunity to transform it into something with personal flair.
Don't miss the chance to learn with Lanette.
2 Day Workshop Fee: $226.00 includes HST

Day 1: Bring your own lunch
Day 2: Enjoy both savoury and dessert crepes prepared by:
Erick Le Pors Cost $15.00

Refreshments and snacks will be provided on both days.

The vests can be sewn by hand or machine. We will have a sewing machine available or you can bring your own.

Bring your own materials or choose all from a large selection of our materials available for purchase. If you would like to purchase some of our materials, please do so at least ten days ahead of time to ensure you get what you would like.

Materials available for purchase:  alpaca batts,Italian merino, alpaca/merino/silk batts, tussah silk, mulberry silk, silk hankies, silk noils, sari silk and silk fabric and more.
