Waiting for the sun to come up so I can go and see my alpacas, angora goats, baby doll sheep and chickens. We have been away for two whole days and I sure do miss my critters. However, happy that we were able to go to The Canadian National Cavalcade of Champions in Orangeville. It is always nice meeting up with old friends and meeting new ones that share our passion for alpacas
Our Fall Fiesta was held Sunday. October 5. It was a lovely fall day, and event drew people from far and wide. We had for sale a selection of our boutique products. I think the cool breeze helped us sell quit a bit of lovely, soft alpaca yarn, most of which is harvested from our own animals, carded, spun and dyed by us.
Music for the event was provided by REDJazz, with Mary Moore and Marylise Chauvette. Eric Lapor, 'Dial a Chef', provided delicious savory and dessert crepes. We also provided free coffee and hot apple cider, enjoyed by all.
If you missed this event, be sure to check us out at our boutique location in Oxford Mills, at the Brigadoon. If you would like to visit us at our farm, please contact us to make an appointment.
