We are busy getting our farm store up and ready to open for the 416 ArtKruze. I am also finalizing details for courses: knitting machine course, FeltLoom course and weaving course. As soon as my internet is up and running (hopefully by the end of today) I will be able to post course details. We are also looking at having scheduled spinning nights once a month. Bring your own wheel and for $10.00 per night per person, we will have an experienced spinner offer guidance.
We raise alpacas and produce many different alpaca products and fibre related artwork. We are in the process of moving our store to the farm with our ultimate goal of becoming a destination rather then a location. We invite you to come meet the animals that are our "raisons d'etre". We are open the year round and have a beautiful selection of alpaca products, offer a range of fibre related courses and educational farm visits. Alpacas, angora goats, sheep, free range chickens, guinea fowl and 3 cats are all part of the experience.
Our farm store will open the week-end of the 416 ArtKruze on June 11th. We are stop number 3. On the Sunday of the 416 ArtKruze, we will be giving all sorts of fibre arts demonstrations: dying, spinning and felting just to name a few. We look forward to your visit so we can share our passion for what we do. Kathy & Corinne and all our furry and feathery critters |
